I was in the area and have been wanting to give this spot a try - very happy I did! Made-to-order smashburger patties are a decent size, flavorful, and have a slight crisp at the edges. Ordered a Build Your Own Burger (pictured here): Single patty (most of their signature burgers are double patties), no cheese, ... ketchup, mustard, mayo, lettuce, raw onion, tomato, pickles. Will do without the ketchup and mustard next time as there are both at the table. My Husband ordered The Shaolin Burger (double patties, cheddar, caramelized onions, mushrooms, black garlic aioli). I did not have high expectations before coming here. Mainly because most burger places are similar. I wanted to grab a quick bite some where and decided on the Peanut Gallery. As soon as I walked in I was greated by extremely nice staff. I went to order the Shaolin burger and classic fries. They gave me a number for ... the table and I went to sit down. My meal was out quickly. When I tell you I took the first bite of this burger and I fell into a tasty heaven of flavor! WOW! I ate that burger so fast I became a vacuum cleaner. My daughter and I are visiting from Florida and we just happened to run into this hole in the wall burger joint. I have tried a lot of burgers in my life, but I have to say I think this was one of the best burgers I've ever had! The staff is also very friendly.

I have been eyeballing this place for a very long time and I finally got to try it! A hidden gem! I love the classic look of the inside and the menu is small but mighty! We got two Shaolin burgers and they were tastyyyyy. Fries were also excellent 👌🏼 will be coming back !

Finally opened!!! best burger ever! The buns are soft, the patties are juicy, the sauce is full of flavor, price is very reasonable for this amazing quality!
